REFUND POLICY
Thanks for purchasing a membership, service, workshop or private session at Bloom/True by Bloom/
 Christie Skiftun  We offer a full money-back guarantee for all memberships, service, workshop or private session on our website if they have not been used at any time. This means that no classes have been taken or instruction has been taught. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement or credit within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund or credit. No refunds or exchanges can be given on any membership that has been purchased and used in anyway.


CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all in-person and online bookings. No-show or late cancellations will be charged full price. Please call or email to cancel. We do not accept cancellation by text message or social media DM’s. We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for all corporate or private in-person or online events. No-show or late cancellations will be charged full price. Please call or email to cancel. We do not accept cancellation by text message or social media DM’s. We understand that life happens and certainly don’t want to cause anymore stress when unforeseen events arise. Please reach out and these will be considered in a case by case manner and at the discretion of Bloom/True by Bloom/
